The Biz Pod on Level 3 is the stand out feature of the business facilities with unique life size video conferencing available where up to 4 people can be displayed simultaneously, the Pod includes 3 private boardrooms. There are also private board rooms available on levels 7 & 8 where you can certainly impress your delegates or guests with views of the stables and office tower from behind the electric blinds.

The outdoor terraces can also be used for business launches and conferences upon scheduling and request. There are also 12 congress rooms in the hotel which are set out with large board room tables and ergonomically designed seating.
