A native of this region, famed for its gastronomy, Michelin-star Chef Claudio Melis has spent years perfecting the art of regional cuisine with a creative twist and will now bring his unique touch to Dubai, exclusively at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. As Chef Patron of Alta Badia, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, his focus will be on introducing the flavours of the Dolomites to the residents of Dubai.
Working closely with an expert culinary team, he will prepare classic Italian favourites including pastas and antipasti, as well as signature creations for every individual to enjoy.
