Vegas style themed mall.
Themed around the travels of renowned 14th century Arabian explorer, Ibn Battuta, the mall’s six courts reflect the most influential places he travelled to – Andalusia, Tunisia, Egypt, Persia, India and China. This Vegas style mall also happens to be the largest themed mall in the world.
The themes certainly makes for an interesting walk around with many beautifully decorated ceilings, sculptures, boats and mini displays. Whilst not on a par in terms of size or very high end stores as the other malls, this is a mall the whole family will enjoy with so much for the kids to see and do they wont have time to get tired and troublesome.
This mall employs the concept of retail zoning, whereby the zones are divided into four sections: Family & Convenience; Major Department Stores; Up-Market Brands & Lifestyles; and Entertainment & Leisure. You will also find many individual retailers, which might mean you will find something a little bit different from the mainstream malls.
The mall is home to the 21-screen cinema which also features an IMAX screen. again this makes if perfect for a family day our with everything you can think of under one spectacular themed roof.
